Risk Management Cooperative of Texas (RMC) is a Cooperative of Texas school districts, who pool their risks and resources together, and are managed by experienced educators and insurance professionals. We are not an insurance company, but instead a 20+ year, service-oriented, self-funded, and self-governed risk pool.

Our mission is to provide dependable support, which includes stable liability and property coverage, a partnership with Member districts dedicated to the Cooperative, and a network of trustworthy partners that help keep schools safe and resilient. We want to create a partnership between school district leaders and RMC staff by providing exceptional service combined with a quality program.
