Keri Barnett began her career in education in 1988 as an English teacher.  Since then she has also served in Texas public schools as librarian, counselor, district curriculum director, and director of special programs.  She retired from the consultant role at Region 14 Education Service Center and began supporting the staff of the RMC of Texas and its Member districts as Operations Coordinator in 2017.  In 2021, she was promoted to Director of Operations. Keri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University, a Master of Education in School Counseling from Dallas Baptist University, and the Educational Administration certification from Angelo State University.  When she’s not working, Keri loves to spend time with her kids and grandkids.
